SP Bootcamp - day 1

Okay here I am, it's day 1 of SP BOOTCAMP and I feel great.
Started the day out with Coach Nicole's 1st bootcamp video, followed it up with 40 min on my elliptical. I ate in my calorie range for today. I'm on the lower end of my cal limit and now even have some extra calories to spare for some fruit or a yogurt.
I start this journey yet once again........my starting weight is a shocking 191 lbs, I actually let our daughter take pictures of myself today and posted them on my sparkpage. It's a big eye opener and very shocking to see how I have let myself go. BUT.......NO MORE EXCUSES, this bootcamp is the jumpstart into my new lifestyle - EATING CLEAN, DRINKING LOTS OF WATER AND MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!! I have NOT had any soda - I only drink diet Dr. Pepper anyways - at all this year and I'm proud of it!!!
I also took my measurements today to see how many inches I will lose, as I know sometimes the scale won't budge but we lose inches as we transform all this flab into FAB!!!
My goal for this BOOTCAMP is to lose 6 lbs and to get back into a daily exercise routine and start changing my life to a healthier & happier one.
With all this said..........here is to a better, happier & healthier ME
