20 pounds and counting!!!!!

I had earlier in nov 2008 made an affirmation to loseweight and adopt healthier eating and lifestyle habits. I joined a health club which I started working out, at first slowly but now more regularly. Today I am down 21 lbs and counting. I am
so done being the chubs I was! I am on my way!
