SP Bootcamp

It is day one of SPs Offical New You Bootcamp, and our first bonus challenge is to update our blog with our SW and/or measurements & what we hope to accomplish, so here goes:

SW: 328 L Arm: 17.5 L Calf: 21
Waist: 43 R Arm: 17.5 R Calf: 21
Hips: 57

InshaAllah, I will lose 10-15 lbs this month, or more if it's healthy. I am so looking forward to the new me. Not the new me after I reach my ultimate weight goal, but the new me at the end of this month. I am expecting a new determination from myself. After getting out of the hospital, I promised myself that if it was in my power, I would not see another hospital or another doctor for some weight or diet related issue again, and I intend to keep that promise. I promised myself that I would take care of my body. We are supposed to do that off GP, but I've got to be proactive if I am to avoid breast cancer (which is running through my family like it was a cold) or at the very least, survive it. I cannot break that promise.

So here we go. I am changing my lifestyle, starting with bootcamp. I'm so amped for this challenge, for this month, for this year!

    Me too, lets do it be ithnillah!!!
    I'm aiming to loose at least 5lbs and loose slowly and permanently without the yo yo business! Another sister wants to loose 5-10lbs too. do you think the excercising will be difficult. i was only aiming for 10 mins a day -70 mins a week until i saw this team which is 220 week!
