Time to Re-Ignite the Spark

For those of you who don't know, I recently went back to work full-time after being a SAHM for 3 years. The last 6 months before I went back to work is when I began my SP journey. In those 6 months I modified my lifestyle and lost almost 35 pounds. Then the JOB began.....

I was totally unprepared for how difficult it would be to maintain my healthy lifestyle while working full-time and still making time to spend with my family. But after gaining back 10 pounds in 4 months, I KNOW that I need to figure this out. To begin my journey back to a healthy lifestyle, I will be doing Coach Nicole's New Year, New YOU Boot Camp. Below are my starting measurements:

Weight: 159 lbs.
Waist: 33 in.
Waist at Belly Button: 35 in.
Hips: 42 in.
Neck: 14 in.
Bicep: 14 in.
Pant Size: 10
Body Fat Percentage: 35

I'm excited to see where I end up at the end of this month. Wish me luck and good health!
