I've exercised two days in a row. I've made smarter decisions. Not all healthy though. I chose water instead a frozen coke float (*drool*). I did snack on a kit kat just now but after exercising, I was hungry and dinner wasn't till later.

I'm also tracking my food. ^_________^

Tomorrow, I have my last CNA class/final. Then, my family is having Christmas. I'm still a little sick.
