Failed the next day

Remember yesterday's blog about not getting on the scale every day. Well, I hoped on there this morning. I just had too. I knew that the reading yesterday couldn't have been correct. So just had too. And I was right. It was back down. So tomorrow no scale hopping. It's always harder for me to keep that goal on the weekend, just because my eating patterns are so different. But during the week, I do stick to a routine. I have been keeping up with my cardio and toning so I'm sure that is helping me.

Plans for today, cardio 45-60 mins and leg toning and off to Sam's Club for shopping. Can I keep the bill under $100? Check back to see.
