FastFW a few weeks.... C2K continues

The month of December is not conducive to beginning a running program. Between work and family stuff, I could barely get in one or two days a week. So, I did what any half-asser would do... Stuck with what I knew and repeated W2D3. Now that things have settled down, I ran W2D3 for the last time on NYE. This time, I took the hilly route and pushed for speed. I was pretty proud of myself. So today, I started Week3.... 5 min walk, (90sec run, 90sec walk, 3 min run, 3 min walk) X 2, followed by 5 min cool down walk. It wasn't as bad as I thought, but I had to really push my self during the first 3 minute run. The second 3 minute run was actually easier... explain that???

As for weight loss, I started counting points and downsizing. We'll see what happens. Yesterday and today have been great.. thus far....
