I am starting out pretty good this year. I have already exercised for 3 days in a row, 30 minutes or more all totalled each day. So...I am feeling pretty good about my new attitude. I decided to STOP DIETING! And stop obsessing over the scale and my weight. Also, to stop obsessing over the internet. I am actually clocking my internet time. I set an online timer for 4 hours, and everytime I go online I hit start, then when I am going offline for a while I pause the timer. So I spend ONLY 4 hours total online. On 1/1/09, I only spent 3.5 hours online instead of my usual 8-10 hours. And as of this moment, I have just over an hour left for today. So if I go offline soon, I will get to go back on before midnight.

    I hard ever watch TV anymore, so I don't worry about the time I spend on-line, since I use to watch TV about4 hours a day, or at least, have it on. I didn't even watch the Rose Parade yesterday. I'd seen it so many years, that I just wasn't interested.
