Once a week on the scale

How can I be frustrated at the beginning of the year. I think that I have to discipline myself to not get on the scale every day. I know that the daily scale changes are hampering my mood. So as of today, I will only get on the scale every Friday morning. I consider Friday as my WI day and this way if I lose any weight during the week, I will be happy. I need to keep focused that as long as the scale is going how, that I have to happy because it is one more step closer to my goal.
Workout today will be lower body toning and the treadmill. (I workout at home so the treadmill is my only option until the weather gets nicer.)
