The beginning of 2009

Ok. It is now the beginning of 2009. I am ready to start my new challenge. I need to remember the success of my October challenge of losing 16 lbs, but remember to start where I am. I want to get back to the previous weight, but I had a few challenges during the winter break. School starts Monday again and I know everything will get back to normal.

My goals:
1/2/09: Body Attack 9 am (60 min)
1/3/09: Elliptical 9 am (35)
1/5/09: Body Attack 5:30 (60 min)
1/6/09: Elliptical or Treadmill 5:30 Body Pump (weights) 6:00 (60 min)
1/7/09: REST get college books
1/8/09: Step and Pump (combo of 45 min cardio and 30 min weights) 5:00 (75 min)
1/9/09 Weigh In Day 4:30 Elliptical

Drink 64 oz water a day
