Well here it is 2009, January 1st. Time to stop being lazy. I started a new workout program today. 20 min on my bike daily. I'll take the weekends off unless I get bored, I think 5 workouts a week are good. I've updated my weight to what it really is now. Have to re-lose some lbs! I have set my retirement date for Dec of this year. So need to get in shape so when I retire I have the energy to do the things I want to do.

    Good for YOU, Sharon! I have recommitted to getting back to this, too! I have gained about 10 pounds back and so I have almost 30 pounds to lose to get to goal...sometimes it feels like I will never get there, but I have found that for ME, its about making today count and not worrying about "the future". If I try to look at the big picture, it's too overwhelming! Make today count and don't think about tomorrow until TOMORROW! :-)
