Well here it is 2009, January 1st. Time to stop being lazy. I started a new workout program today. 20 min on my bike daily. I'll take the weekends off unless I get bored, I think 5 workouts a week are good. I've updated my weight to what it really is now. Have to re-lose some lbs! I have set my retirement date for Dec of this year. So need to get in shape so when I retire I have the energy to do the things I want to do.
