A New Year, A New Me!!!

Happy New Year!!!! I think 2009 is going to be my year to become a new person physically. Even though my weight has fluctuated up and down between three to four pounds, I am staying on track pretty well. Especially, considering all the holiday feasts that I have been to over the last couple of weeks! I am feeling so much better and can tell that I am getting very used to eating smaller portions! I am being more active, not necessarily with exercise, but just with daily house things. My kids are even noticing the difference in me! I really hope that I am teaching them and showing them how to stay healthier. Since I teach school, I have been on Christmas break for two weeks and haven't done so well with drinking water, which I think was a big part of my weight loss that has occurred so far. I head back to school Monday, so I plan on getting back on track with my water drinking!!
