New Year, New Me

I know resolutions are not super popular among a lot of people, but for me they mean hope and commitment to whatever goal I set. Today is January 1st, 2009. A lot happened for me last year, and a lot will happen this year. Today my goal is to outline what I want to accomplish this month.

*Lose 6 pounds.
*Exercise for 200 minutes each week.
*Complete Shape's 21 Day Body Makeover
*Pick out a cute knitting pattern
*Practice Russian Lessons for 30 minutes a day
*Drink maximum two drinks on any one day
*Avoid even one cigarette

Seems like a lot, but I think each goal enforces the others. I'm looking to form better habits this month, and be able to maintain them with my crazy work schedule.
