Happy New Year!

Today I will work on my back. I think I'll do barbell and dumbbell rows as a good start. Remember, I am working my way back into a positive habit. To do this, I ease into the number of exercises I do so it still seems doable. Not to mention, I would probably more sore, if I blew my muscles out too fast.

In addition to weight lifting, I plan to do about 12 minutes of cardio. Again, I'm easing back into good habits. So, we'll see how things go later on today.

    Thanks, Jack. Unfortunately, the gym was closed. Now that the holidays are over, we should be able to return to a normal schedule.
