Happy New Year!
Today I will work on my back. I think I'll do barbell and dumbbell rows as a good start. Remember, I am working my way back into a positive habit. To do this, I ease into the number of exercises I do so it still seems doable. Not to mention, I would probably more sore, if I blew my muscles out too fast.
In addition to weight lifting, I plan to do about 12 minutes of cardio. Again, I'm easing back into good habits. So, we'll see how things go later on today.
