It's a new year to start over in 2009!

Thursday, January 01, 2009

It's another new year to start over again. You can erase all the mistakes you made in 2008. They are all over, you can start fresh, and stay focused on the task at hand. Losing weight. I needed to start over with my lifestyle, because I changed from a drug and alcohol user, to a clean and sober member of society. I never plan on going back to the lifestyle, I had before. I wanted to get out of that lifestyle years ago, but, I didn't have the strength to do it? I found the strength to do it in 2008. I have been trying to get up the strength to lose weight since I gained it. Now I feel like I know what I need to do, now I just need to follow through and do what I know I need to get my weightloss under control. So, starting a new year seems like a very good oppurtunity to start over for me. It might be just what some others need to start, themselves a new lifestyle too. I believe if we all stick together, and support each other, when we need the support. We can prevail over this weightloss goal we have inside ourselves. I see the new year as my grand oppurtunity, does anybody else feel the same way that I do??? If so, it's just what we need to start over, and win our battle of the bulge. Our new outlook can help us win our weightloss goals we set for ourselves. I want to thank all the Sparkmembers that have supported me in 2008. I will also need your help and support in 2009. Thanks from a friend to everyone....From Debrinconcita in Portland, OR. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
