When I Exercise I Feel? 1/1/09

The question is, "When I exercise I feel?
Well I feel high on life! When I'm lifting weights, I can feel the strength I developed over the years & how much I accomplished over time. I just love to workout, I could say I developed a passion for it. The reason for this passion I have, is I realized how much healthier and stronger I've become & it's actually my fun time, just for me.
I worked for many years & all the years I worked, I always made time to exercise before I left my home. I woke up one hour ahead of time four times a week & strength trained & did some form of cardio. Then did what I had to do before I left for the office. I was off on Fridays, so that was my day to go bicycle riding. Even when the winter came, nothing stopped me!
I always wanted to really give it my all, but working 9 to 10 hours on most days, and on Saturdays, left me drained at times. But when I woke up & as soon as I started to workout, everything felt right. Of course I couldn't have gotten into it without my music. It made me feel brand new each time I exercised.
It sure made going to work a heck of a lot easier for me. Now I've been out of work for six years, & my wish came true. I now can take more time, to workout. Believe me, I do!
As far as resolutions, I don't make them. Why? Well I don't like to make that type of commitment for myself. I feel as if I have to do this or else. Long story short, this makes me get stressed out, because I have to do this. I won't put this pressure on myself ever. I enjoy doing my workouts when I want, which is 5 or 6 days a week & I really go to it. I don't need to make a resolution, because I KNOW WHAT I WANT TO DO, NOT WHAT I HAVE TO DO!
Those are little words, but they have a strong impact on me!
I say one thing, to each it's own! This is my own!
