A New Year

Here comes 2009, fast and furious. I don't know how this year can possibly be over, but it is. In the early part of this year, plans for diets and exercise were forgotten in the move to Italy, the move from Aosta to Ivrea, and the apartment fix-up. The summer was lost in R&R time in Montecarlo, vacations with the family and the final house fixing. The fall & winter? Gone with too much travel back and forth to the US and then a busy holiday season. At the end, I weigh more now than on last New Years Day.
So. Looking at 2009, how will it be different? The frequent travel is still going to be there next year. (January-Montecarlo & London, February-Dubai, March-USA, and so on. Uffff, I'm getting tired just thinking about it.) It's time to make a plan.
2009 Week 1 is Kick-off week. Starting with the satisfying, low sugar diet that has worked before and a new workout plan of 40 minutes every other day the first week. If this doesn't give me a jump start nothing will. After that, maintain a healthy 1250 calorie diet and a steady workout plan of exercising 3 times per week.
Now that the plan is established, it's time to get started! Here we go! Happy New Year everyone!!
