New Year's Resolution

My New Year's Resolution is to lose at least 75 lbs in 2009 and to exercise at least 3 days a week. I will have to work hard to achieve this, but I believe I can do it. I would like to lose 50 lbs. by June 20 (my daughters wedding date). I will work to do this. I know every bite counts and I have put on a couple of pounds during Christmas, but today I am back on my diet. I have been miserable eating so much the last couple of days, so I should feel better. I only lost 33 lbs. in 2008, but I didn't start dieting until August. So I did pretty good. 2009 should be better. I am looking forward to starting a new year. It is like having a fresh start.
