New Year-New You

The New Year-New You team begins January 1st, 2009 and runs for 365days. It has daily challenges and healthy food options. It is not as intense as the new bootcamp that is being started, and I can only offer goodies to everyone instead of actual prizes, but I hope to see everyone join regardless. The team is now open to the public and I would love to see many more join, for the challenges , the fun, and the support.
This team was created to start off the new year with a fresh start. With the holidays over what better way to kick off 2009 than with daily challenges and a great support system.
Everyone will be placed on teams of 5 or so (small teams), and as a result will weigh in as a team. At the end of each week, the team that lost the most weight will get a goodie worth the same amount. (ex. If the team lost 10lbs, then the goodie would be worth 10points).
The challenges will change daily, so your body will not get accustom to the same routine day in and day out.
Since losing weight is more than just exercise for your body, but for your mind as well, there will also be a healthy meal challenge. Simply let us know about a food you enjoy and the calories in it. Everyone who does this will also get a spark goodie.
There will be games and daily conversations to engage in, so plenty of fun to be had.
At the end of the year, the person who has lost the greatest percentage of weight (you will all post your starting weights and ending weights individually) will receive a spark goodie worth 1000points.
