How easy is it to get off track?

Let's see I started with being sick for a week and then the 2nd week cleaning and getting ready for the holidays. Plenty of exercise just trying to get everything done. Then on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day I said I can have whatever I wanted so now what? Well I am up 10lbs. I am thinking a good deal of sodium but way too much fudge. So time to go back to the gym and start eating clean again. Everything feels gross. My fingers, toes and just overall feeling. So time to get back on track wish me luck.
