Whew what a day. Today was grocery shopping day and bill day. ugh. Wednesdays are not my favorite day of the week. My hubby gets paid and the pay check is already spent. But I am thankful for roof over my head, food, and clothing but it stinks because we are usually living paycheck to paycheck. So I can't complain, I have a hubby who takes care of me and the children. The grocery store wasn't bad. The kiddos did very well. I normally go with my hubby with the kids cause its much easier but thank goodness for whoever invented those little carts with trucks. She drove the entire time so she was giggling and just having a good time. Today she brought her baby in its car seat. It's usually something a purse, necklace of hers, "coat" (scarf) something. My son is so cute flashes his baby blues and gets everyone's attention. He is quite different from when my daughter was this stage. He is content wakes up happy. I thank the Lord for them. Makes my day. They were just smiling while we were shopping and so it went by quickly.

After hubby came home I told him I was going to the gym so we were swapping cars and this guy down the road stopped at the stop sign near our house, well I was getting ready for the gym before coming out and I had my sportsbra and workout pants on and he whistled at me. I haven't been whistled at since high school. My husband laughed and said looks like my wife still gots it. I smiled and said lets get back in side before he comes back. LOL. I thought it was funny but it just gave me a boost to have totally complete strangers whistling.

I went to the gym. It was packed. Its difficult to get anything when its packed but luckily the women's upstairs gym had a arc trainer opened. Everything down stairs was taken. So I did this for 30 minutes whew what a workout. I was sweating bullets already. So went down stairs did 1X circuit training. I had to wait on a couple of machines but it went smoothly getting the hang of it. This is the second time on my own without a trainer on this different circuit than I was doing so its going well, it hurts sometimes but I just push through the burn. Anyhoo, did the ellpitcal on 35 and then went on to the treadmill for 35. So it was a good workout. Came home and did 300 crunches while watching tv with hubby.

Managed to stay in my range these past two days. Last week I was under 90% of the time but this week I am focusing on coming in. It's a challenge for me but I am trying.
