Friday, Saturday and Sunday were busy crazy days in my circus of a household.
In ring Number One, we have the grandchildren who have not been able to play outside due to bitter temperatures who are now performing death defying tricks of climbing the curtains - hanging from the ceiling - swinging on the bunk bed rails - jumping and leaping on the couch and incredible bouts of strength and balance attempting to get to the Christmas Cookies.
In ring Number Two - we have a brave bear trainer attempting to soothe the cranky Mama Bear who has been trapped with five wild pygmy children for days on end.
In ring Number Three - we have the stupendous magical acts of the Magnificent Grandmother pulling extra holiday money from her hat - stretching a dollar - juggling diet - holiday - exercise - holiday in a blur of balance.
And numerous additional acts of the World's Loudest Temper Tantrum, History's Most Tireless Toddler, Beautiful Horses performing in the Frigid Frozen Arena of Ice and Snow, THe Adults Clown of Mayhem - Slipping and sliding on the Drive of Ice to the delight of Children Everywhere, The Amazing Chameleon Mama who emerges from a cloud of sweats and children funk to a angelic beauty in less than 30 minutes in preparing for a party, The Kitchen of Amazing Capacity - turning out cookies and gumbo and hans and corn breads at the same time in the space of a closet.
However - diets were maintained and exercise was acheived!!
I hope eveyone is doing well!!
