The last 3 days were AWFUL...Saturday was good, tho. :)

Saturday I stayed at the low end of calories and pulled weeds in Mom's garden for a couple of hours.

Sunday was lazier and ate about 200 calories too many.

Monday, no exercise because had lunch with hubby - Subway turkey sandwich was good....Whopper and fries for dinner was NOT. I thought about their grilled chicken salad and almost got it...they are very tasty with the spicy ranch dressing, but it was a cool afternoon and the burger sounded better. Total calorie intake was over by 200.

Tuesday, walked for half an hour - up and down hills so that was good. Lunch was Lean Cuisine and grapefruit....dinner was homemade burger...mine plus half of T's....total calorie intake was over by 350! Had school that evening so didn't do any yoga.

I'm cramping like I might start my monthly again...it's been 3+ years (preg with T then depo). I got down to 135 after gaining at Easter, but am back at 137 again. I feel bloated so maybe my monthly will start again soon. I wish it would so I would know depo is out of my system and we will soon have success with our third conception.

In the meantime, I have plans to walk for half an hour at lunch - will walk further if I feel up to it - and Yoga tonight for a combined 90min of exercise today. I packed lean cuisine and strawberries for lunch, carrots for snack, and have to think about dinner....plenty of fresh spring mix for salad, just have to think of chicken or wings or something to go with it.

A Sparks friend mentioned great dressings available at Sprouts and we have one on the way home...if I think about it, I'll stop by and check them out.
