I have been working!!!

Sooo....My accountability partner and I had set a date to begin working out and toward our goals beginning January 1st...And I thought that that would be good for the both of us::: Well a few days later, I thought to myself that If I haven't begin to take small steps before then my mind and body would tell me to have a seat if I just pop up and begin to workout, after not working out in MONTHS!!!

So, with that I begin to slowly hit the gym.. Doing 15 minutes on the treadmill (Cardio Cycle), 15-30 minutes of cardio (Jump & Jacks, sit-ups) and I have felt great. I begin to slow down on my meals, realize when I'm getting full, and pushing the plate away. I am sooo happy that I started early, because it has allowed me to begin to train myself and work on the small kinks....

THANK GOD for Spark People...Reading the Motivational Pages, emails, and blogs has been such an encouragement! emoticon

    Yea and now you got me started......awwwww i see the reason for starting early because my body sho nuff said you tripping last night. The fat did not know what to was horrible! But its cool because I'm giving the pounds a 1,2 emoticon and telling them....GET OUTTA HERE! you know how that last part is said! LOL emoticon
