I've been at this for about a week. Last week I worked out every day except Sunday, and I've counted all my calories. So, today I get on the scale and woof... I'm at 164.5 pounds. Um, this is going in the wrong dirrection. But, then again, I've heard that some people gain weight before they loose it. Hopefully, I am one of those people.
