Yesterday was my last time weighing in until 5 Jan 09. I have been working out and eating decent for a while now but the scale just is NOT reflecting all my hard work. I just purchased the Turbo Jam DVD's and I want to focus on losing inches for at least 1 month. I decided to not weigh in while I"m tracking inches because everytime I see an increase in the scale, I get discouraged and look for the nearest peice of chocolate cake.
So I hope to see some improvements in definition and by how my clothes will fit. Until then.....
