Scale Break

Yesterday was my last time weighing in until 5 Jan 09. I have been working out and eating decent for a while now but the scale just is NOT reflecting all my hard work. I just purchased the Turbo Jam DVD's and I want to focus on losing inches for at least 1 month. I decided to not weigh in while I"m tracking inches because everytime I see an increase in the scale, I get discouraged and look for the nearest peice of chocolate cake. emoticon So I hope to see some improvements in definition and by how my clothes will fit. Until then.....

    Inches count too so you're doing a good thing by leaving the scale for now. Just keep up your diet and no more than 30 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week. Right now...5 times is too much while doing strengths. Good luck with your outcome!!!! I hope you report back.

    Hi,
    That is what my next goal is to try and get rid of the inches. I am going to attempt to start the P90x program. I here it is really grueling. What are you trying that focuses on the inches?
