I have decided that December is the Month of Arms. That dreaded weight loss plateau will not go away. I have been allowing myself to get discouraged and not focusing as much as I should so I am recharging my efforts and focusing on a goal that I can achieve. Arm exercises daily.

This is in addition to my normal workout routine. I am focusing alot of attention on my triceps and wall pushups. I am still not able to do regular pushups but have been able to do a modified plank and will be doing an 8 minute pilates arm workout at least twice a week.

    I can SO relate to the "push-up" thing...I have been trying to do them and I do "plop-downs" instead of "push-ups." It's crazy to have to work UP to being able to do a push-up, isn't it???

    You are doing amazing and staying so focused, I see your ticker moving right along. Great job!! I could never do floor pushups and I really like the wall ones anyway. Pilates for arms?? I am not too familiar with that. Best wishes, I know you can accomplish what you set your mind to!!

    emoticon Here's to arms! Don't allow yourself to get discouraged. We both know where that path leads. Just keep at it! I have never been able to do a pushup. I am amazed to see my trim son do like 20 of them in a row! Wow!
