Arms Arms Arms

I have decided that December is the Month of Arms. That dreaded weight loss plateau will not go away. I have been allowing myself to get discouraged and not focusing as much as I should so I am recharging my efforts and focusing on a goal that I can achieve. Arm exercises daily.
This is in addition to my normal workout routine. I am focusing alot of attention on my triceps and wall pushups. I am still not able to do regular pushups but have been able to do a modified plank and will be doing an 8 minute pilates arm workout at least twice a week.
