How I Have Made Exercise A Routine

I decided that exercise is definitely the priority in my life-style change. I set my alarm to go off 35 minutes earlier than I normally would. I get up every morning get into my shorts and t-shirt, brush my teeth, put on deodorant and enter my living room. I do a few stretches and get on my treadmill. My IPod is conveniently hooked up to the handle and I hook my headset in and either listen to PodRunner or random music. I find PodRunner to be good for if you are a time watcher - the music has a flow that makes it kind of timeless . . . and helps the minutes go by quickly. My goal is 15 mins, 6 days a week. I try to stretch to 30 mins on T,TH,S. I also do upper-body strength training on MWF. The dumbbells are near my treadmill and I also recently purchased a Bodysmith Weight Machine. Everything is in the convenience of my own home and I have committed to making it my first priority of the day. Afterwards, I feel great and ready to tackle the rest of my day.
