Fitting Exercise in

I found the best way to fit exercise in.
We drink so much water (64-80 oz). I know I am in the bathroom at least 6 times during an 8 our work day. I do what I call the bathroom challenge. Each trip to the bathroom take 1 extra minute to do 1 exercise.
1 set of 10 wall push ups
1 set of 10 wall squats
1 set of 10 seated knee lifts
1 set of 10 seated leg extentions
Then during my 2, 10 minut breaks I walk my warehouse and inspect it. I kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
By the time I get home I have walked 20 minutes and done at least 6 strength exercises. Then when home I just turn on my music and dance while I get my house work and thing in order. Then I have done 20-30 more minutes of cardio.
Now it is time to do my spark emails. I sit on my stability ball while doing them. More core training without working at it.
If you want to fit it in you will get creative with your time and space. It doesn't have to be difficult. Any movement is better than none.
