I woke up this morning with very sore legs! emoticon

Yesterday at spinning class the instructor tired something "new". The something "new" was something that I suggested a couple weeks ago. What was I thinking?!?!?!?!

My idea came from one of the biggest loser episodes. Jillian had the three girls cycling. During their sprinting she took off their seats of the bikes so that they could not sit down. It looked very hard..... so what do I do! !?!?!?! I open my big mouth to my cycling instructor and gave her the idea.

So she comes in and everyone had been warming up with their seats on. And she says, "New thing today, I want everyone off their bikes and take off your seat. We are doing a no seat today and you can thank Elaine." I just looked at her and said, "Don't tell people who I am....... I'll be jumped after class!"

Well half of the class did this and we were out of the saddle for 50 minutes! I didn't get jumped either, instead people were giving me compliments for the idea and some really liked it. My legs felt like jello when I finally got off my bike! But I did it!!! emoticon
Yet another thing I have succeeded in just by putting my mind to it.

So even though I am sore today, it sure felt great yesterday knowing that I did it!!!! emoticon

Moral of this blog..... You can do anything as long as you have the right mind set.
Have a great day today!!!!

Sounds like fun to me! I may have been saying "ouch" because of my short term memory, my fear...forgetting I took the seat off and sitting down.

Wow! I think I would have died....I would have at least tried, but that had to have been hard. I'm proud of you! You are so wonderful...I wish I was getting closer to Iowa at Christmas, I'd try to hook up with you. I'd love to see you in person. You are such an inspiration to me!
Hope you are having fun in the cold and snow! emoticon
