Exercise.....fitting it into my daily routine

When I first began my journey, I was looking at making changes for the long haul. I tried to pick exercises that I could continue in all types of weather with our schedule. Mostly, I make exercise a priority. If not, it won't get done. Just like planning my meals for the day, I am also planning my exercise. As I've hit plateaus it's been challenging. Our schedules have changed, another challenge. One of the biggest adjustments I believe is working around the different time changes. I mostly walk and go so outdoors. I've accommodated by changing my hours, using a flashlight, wearing light clothes, committing to walking in the rain and wearing a raincoat with a hood, adding a partner, losing a partner, being flexible and making adjustments. I just make it a priority. When a change is looming ahead, I just ask myself, how do I make this work now?
