B&A update

Met all my B & A goals yesterday!

I have discovered that I can't reward myself for weight loss but I can reward myself for the length of time I have been consistent. So from now on that will be my goal. As long as I am keeping on keeping on that weight will take care of itself.

The sodium is the tough one. I am getting a collection of healthier recipes and that helps a lot. I was over on both Mon & Tues of this week but a call yesterday from the Dr's office about my next appointment sure got me back on track.

The water goal has become hard than it was when the weather was warm. I just don't want to drink anything cold. I have even gone so far as to warm it in the micro but I have met my goal every day this month.

Tracking all my food has been met too.

How do I feel about all this? Tired but happy.

    Great job! Rewarding yourself for what you have control over (consistency) rather than the result of that (weight change) , is really smart! There are just so many things that affect weight and some of them are good ... even exercise, adding muscle/increasing hydration ... but being consistent in healthy habits is going to get you/keep you where you want to be. It will help you quite a bit when you're in maintenance, too. I wish I'd made the change sooner myself!
