Well, DUH!

Today has been a slightly better day than Monday, but not AS good as Tuesday. I'm getting there. The funny thing is I'm finding it almost difficult to stay in my caloric range (I barely eat during the week, unless there's a HUNGER attack), and when I AM within range, it doesn't mean diddly because I'm not eating healthy (ie bird food all day, some take out from somewhere at night), you know?

My only 'back up' has been the exercising in the morning. Sadly, by the middle of the day I'm yawning at work and when I get home I don't want to cook...clean...play with the boys...ANYTHING.

Part of this has been me wrecking my brain and TIRELESSY going over a class project and two finals (Alhumdulilah, the semester is practically over). The other (and BIGGER) part of the problem has been me exercising, not PROPERLY eating, and not taking vitamins. My grandmother was like "well, DUH! you are taking out so much, but putting back so little". Yea. Duh.
