Food plan for peaking

I will be doing Jillians suggestion to peak and here is what I will be eating for 7 days. I will miss my yogurt and skim milk for sure!!! BUT I am going to be so psyched to be svelt for at least a day to wow my hubby!


Egg white, 2 serving 34 1 0 6
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup 7 1 0 1
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced 19 4 0 1

Basil, 2 tbsp 1 0 0 0


Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces 187 0 2 39
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp 40 0 5 0
balsamic 1 tbs, 1 serving 20 4 0 0
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded 16 3 0 2


Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces 187 0 2 39
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup 14 2 0 2


Almonds, dry roasted, 0.75 oz (22 whole kernels) 127 4 11 5 (evening)
Beef, top sirloin, 4 oz 229 0 9 34 (Mid morning)

    Good luck. It sounds like a hard plan. I don't know what peaking is but now you've peaked my interest and I'm going to find out! ;-)

    good luck with your plan. i don't know anyone that has actually done the peaking so i am very curious about your results.

    I am tempted to try it but not sure I will be able to endure myself. Plus I have alot of exams so I have to be in good mental shape. I am scared that if I do this I will just gain double once I go back to regular eating habits. I think I will observe how it goes for you and next time around MTC I will try it. Is that what you eat everyday???

    I was thinking of doing this too. I am vegetarian though, so I'd have to try to modify a bit. Let me know how it goes!
