Starting over!

Okay, it was Thanksgiving. it happens. Now I'm ready to start anew. I've discovered both how easy and how difficult it is to be healthy at college. I'm going to take advantage of the former and conquer the latter! I weighed in at 129 this morning, which is of course affected by yesterday's gorging. But I'm committed to dropping 10 pounds by Valentines. Especially because I imagine the first few aren't really there. I've been consistently 125-126 for awhile now, so really it's just those last 6 pounds to go. I've made it this far--I feel like i'm in the homestretch now!

What I need to succeed is fitness, I know. It's so tempting to slack off on that front. But I know no matter how wonderfully I eat, my weight is not going anywhere without exercise. Maybe some people don't have to, but I've learned from experience that I need to.
