My November GOYAAM plan

Even thought the month is almost over I still plan to:
Get back on track with my circuit training.
Get at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Track all food eaten.
Keep my sodium between 1000 and 2300.
I had to take 6 weeks off from exercise and I just got started back yesterday (11/28/08). So my main goal is to get back to training.
