I want to get thru all of the holidays without gaining weight.
I am going to challenge myself to write down everything that I eat, every lick of the spoon when I am stirring the sauce and every crumb I put in my mouth. I will write it in my log book and then I will transfer it to my food tracker.
From now until Jan. 2 I will write it all down.
It doesn't mean that I can't celebrate the holidays. It just means that I am making myself accountable to me.
