I really started this whole lose weight/get healthy/figure out how to eat a fructose restricted diet thing with a bang and did quite well...until recently. I've been slacking off on exercise, cheating with food both calorie and fructose-wise. Luckily, I've managed not to sabatoge myself too badly, and haven't put a great deal of weight back on, but I've been wavering at just above my goal, sometimes very close, others not so much. I haven't had much drive to finish the job, and I know myself. This is always where I fall. I'm so close to my goal that I start thinking about maintainance, but I don't really stick to a maintanance plan because I want to lose the last few pounds first (but I'm not willing to put in the effort to do it). So...I restarted some goals, reevaluated my actual exercise I'm doing and modified those goals. I'm going to do this!
