Getting back on track

Ok I have been away from Sparkpeople for about a month or more and I know the good habits I had developed are slipping. I find myself looking for candy instead of eating the fruit I brought. After being sick with colds and what not I have lacked the motivation to exercise. Well, I plan to help my mom revamp her kitchen and eating and it would be a bit hypocritical of me if I keep snacking on bad foods and not exercising.

So this morning I got up early and went to the gym and for the first time in about a month my back is not killing me and I turned down brownies. I'm going to start logging back at least once a week to get the motivation and support I need and hopefully this get me back on track before the holidays.

    Glad you are back on track. Blogging and tracking your food and water will really help. Even when you are off, it will remind you just how off you are. We all "fall off", somedays are better than others. Glad you are back.
