Getting back on track

Ok I have been away from Sparkpeople for about a month or more and I know the good habits I had developed are slipping. I find myself looking for candy instead of eating the fruit I brought. After being sick with colds and what not I have lacked the motivation to exercise. Well, I plan to help my mom revamp her kitchen and eating and it would be a bit hypocritical of me if I keep snacking on bad foods and not exercising.
So this morning I got up early and went to the gym and for the first time in about a month my back is not killing me and I turned down brownies. I'm going to start logging back at least once a week to get the motivation and support I need and hopefully this get me back on track before the holidays.
