I don't have a very physical job but I try to incorporate it into my day. Climb stairs walk to other blding rather than call on the phone. I want get back to my JM CD after my doc appt on Fri.

We went to watch the Eagles game with friends on Sunday and I ate lots of snacks from beef stix to cheese, chip &dip,and at least 2 glasses of wine. All that before she served dinner of pulled chicken on rolls and cole slaw. I even ate the home made cheese cake. I did think I should slow down but that never happened. So this morning I skipped breakfast-not a good idea and dove in to my sandwich by lunch time. I need to get back to my good habits but I really did feel as though I needed a treat so I did it anyway.     Just take things one meal at a time. You can get back on track. I have had days like that as well, where I have had one bad meal after another. You can do it. Just keep your goals in mind.
