My New Attitude

Weighed in yesterday for no loss. It has been awhile since I have lost weight.

Last week I decided to make this month's goal movement and I have been doing alot of walking. I have logged 28.5 miles in the last nine days. I may not have lost weight but I am on target for my walking goal of 50 miles this month and I am busy thinking about what kind of healthy goal to set for next month.

My New Attitude
Healthy is my main goal so if goals of walking or stretching are healthy then they will work to keep me encouraged until I start losing weight again. (Now Chris keep saying this over and over again until you really believe it).

    Good for you on all the walking that you are accomplishing!! Just think of how much better you are feeling and moving now. I think thats a great idea to set goals like that and although the scale might not be moving you will find your clothes feeling better and your mental attitude shifting towards staying on that healthy path.
