3 Weeks and going strong...

This is the third week I have made a pot of soup from the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook. I make a pot on Sunday and eat it the rest of the week for lunch with my children. I'm just going page by page in the book. We did Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup, Split Pea Soup, and this week we are eating the Roasted Red Pepper Soup. YUM. It must be the fall weather but I'm really enjoying it and crediting our healthy eating to quick recovery from illness and common flu. (We still got hit, but 12 hours for my sons, 3 days for me, and 2 days for hubby) Granted only my sons had flu shots so maybe that is why the recovered much faster than my hubby and I.
I had also tried most of the breakfasts in the cookbook and am working my way through the smoothies.
