JM CD rocks my butt

OK so I am not doing the excerise cd every day but I am staying with it. I did it on Friday and again today Monday. I also saw an article in Women's Day that is simular plan as Jillian Micheals 3 min strength 2 min arobic and 1 min abs. This one is quick walk in place instead of jumping jacks which I am getting better at but this softer version will be great on days I am beat. I am finally in the zone when it comes to excercise and I am glad . I use to walk at least 1 and 1/2 miles 5 days a week. New plan fits for me now. I am 63 years old so I need to watch what I do--no injuries TY Bernie emoticon
