I'm not sure what a blog entry is suppose to be so I will just write something. I have recently separated after 18 1/2 years. I have had a stream of medical issues with the latest being hypothyroidism (under active thyroid meaning low metabolism). I am struggling to get the weight off even when I exercise VERY regular and cut my food intake. I am looking for regularity in my diet and exercise plan and to take responsibility for what food goes in my mouth. This sight is a great way to take that step and the resources are unbelievable. It has given me a motivation that I haven't had in years, and somewhere to "answer" to. I am tired of Weight Watchers because they charge sooooo much for a fraction of what I can get here and it is just not as personal.
