Sweat-my new best friend.

So I was looking at my old entries and saw how stoked I got dropping into "new" weight territory. That same feeling has been with me this week because I'm down below 140 (or the dreaded plateau of 142.6) for the first time since my wedding over 6 months ago. I've been consistent with it too for a week! I keep prancing around in my jeans marvelling at the smaller muffin top.

I'm crediting the Couch to 5K program (and team on SP) for giving my body that push it needs. A 3 times per week program is SO manageable. I got to day 2 and was worried about finding the time to do #3. There was no way i was going to let a measly 30 minutes of laziness get in the way of accomplishing a goal-so i did it. It feels so great and fun to plan out my workouts too. I'm actually looking forward to working out for once.

Here's hoping my next entry will be "Thanks SP and C25K for giving me back my healthy on to maintain that goal!"
