I just wanted to put up a quote to get me through the week!

This weeks goal...
1. Wake up at 6 a.m.and do atleast 20 mins exercise 5 days this week in the a.m!!! {If I don't get in a complete a.m. workout I will do an afternoon workout as soon as possible}
2. EAt breakfast everyday at home
3. go to bed on time and sleep atleast 7 hrs M-F NO EXCUSES!
4. Prepare for school the day before
5. Eat every 3 hours- 3 hr diet!
ETA: Monday- I only got 5 hours of sleep... but still woke up at 6:25 to workout! :-) I did 50 mins on the treadmill. Made breakfast, ate some of it at home, and so far am following the 3 hr schedule. I ate too many calories but I stopped once I realized. I'll do better tomorrow
