My goal for Xmas - lose 10 pounds and drop to 160lbs

The last months have been quite hard with the moving to a new big city and starting a masters programme and trying to keep up with the work, and as a result my fitness has been neglected a bit. Over the last two weeks however i have joined a new gym and started to work out and feel much fitter. Even though i did not work out much before joining the gym, my weight dropped due to the business of starting a new uni course and not having enough time to eat properly, etc. However now i feel much more control in what i eat and do, and feel that i should set myself the goal of losing 10lbs by xmas so i need to lose about 1. 5lbs a week which i should be able to do.

It's weird but i actually like working out and going to the gym now! emoticon

    You've made it through a very stressful time...the move AND starting work on your Masters...but you made it. And now you've started back with your program...good for you. It helps so much to enjoy going to the gym...that's one battle you don't have to fight! Keep working hard and you'll achieve all your goals!
