I have now been doing the J micheal's tape for 4 days and I am getting a little better at it. I can see that the intensity for 20 minutes does jack up my metabilism. So a short time but hard work is fine by me. I am sore but that's OK cause it means my muscles are working hard. I am really going to need a a pep talk often to keep this up for 30 days. I want to push on but will I?
