Benifits of excercise

I have now been doing the J micheal's tape for 4 days and I am getting a little better at it. I can see that the intensity for 20 minutes does jack up my metabilism. So a short time but hard work is fine by me. I am sore but that's OK cause it means my muscles are working hard. I am really going to need a a pep talk often to keep this up for 30 days. I want to push on but will I?

    Of course you will. Every day you will feel better and that will motivate you to continue. It's ok to whine while you are doing it - thats what I do. Whatever does the trick - just keep going.
