The hardest part of being at home on a day off, is to resist the temptation of munching on things in front of the TV. but i substituted that with a 20 minutes workout on my ski machine (which left me shaking and sweating). i had a nice breakfast, and nice lunch with no bread. I went out with my friends at night, and since i had a late lunch, i was able to resist the temptation of the grilled cheese sandwich my friend ordered. instead, i stuck with my beer and carrots. later on the bartender offered me a fruit smootie with three juices inside, so i considered that to be my dinner. we walked for around 10 minutes to get to the car, so i think i somehow spent some of my calories intake! i hope i can continue this!
