I determined today that I think my sweat valves are in overdrive. Everytime I come out of the gym or workout at home I look like I took a shower with my hair soaked. I had people staring at me today at the gym I don't maybe I was getting them wet. LOL Who knows. I do sweat a lot I guess it runs in the family. My dad does to. My hubby laughed at me cause I told him tonight I sweat doing the laundry.

I did get to go to the gym today. Hubby came home early from working on his car. I thought was sweet because normally he would have been there all day. But I told him I would like to go today so I can get my circuit training in. So he came home around 330pm. So I was excited. I can't believe I was excited about going to the gym. Five months ago, those words/thoughts would have never crossed my mind. I look forward to going somedays. Today was one of those days. I did the arc trainer on level 2 setting for cardio. Yeah, this kicked my butt. I was sweating five minutes in. I pushed through the resistance on 40. I wanted to give up but I kept telling myself go for it. Its almost over Its almost over. If I was at home I would have probably given up. But something just drove me to finish. After that did the circuit training two times around. And from there the treadmill on the interval setting. I was at a point during the exercise on a incline of 9. Felt funny but whoo it was great stride for me to do that. Burned lots of calories today. I talked with the trainer and told him I was bored with my workout. I am. I do the same thing over and over. He told me I was ready for reevaluation. I got one about a month and half ago so it was time. So this week I am going to do that and get a new work out. My body needs a change I think. I am still losing everyweek but I don't want to plateu either.
I got all my water in, but I am struggling with getting all my calories in. I am afraid to go over my sodium levels and end up not getting enough calories. I am not starving. I feel full. I guess its the water filling me up. Tomorrow's a new day. Great day today. Hubby and I are just getting along great. Laughing and joking around with each other. We only been married 3 1/2 years so its been a struggle but here recently its been like it was before we got married. We were friend's for six years before we got married so its nice to be laughing again. I am feeling more comfortable in my body and I think that makes things around me better.
